HSBC Premier Balance Builder Promotion Terms and Conditions

General Provisions:

1. Promo period until April 30, 2010.



2. The promotion is conducted by HSBC Savings Bank Inc.



3. Eligible HSBC Premier customers who are invited to deposit an additional P600,000 will receive a free Sony Ericsson T303 phone upon meeting the conditions stated herein.



4. The customer must open the account with the required deposit of at least P600,000 in a Peso Checking Account by March 31, 2010 to qualify for the reward. The customer must indicate that he wishes to join the promotion by accomplishing and submitting his signed conformity to these Terms and Conditions.



5. The reward will be sent via courier to the customer's preferred address as indicated in this form. When receiving the reward, the courier may require the customer to present a valid ID. If a representative will receive the reward, he must present his own valid ID, the customer's ID and an authorization letter signed by the customer. Only the following IDs will be accepted:



1. Passport
2. Driver's License
3. Any government-issued document (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, GSIS ID, TIN ID, Pag-ibig ID)



6. The customer must maintain the required average daily balance (ADB) of at least P600,000 in a Peso Checking Account for a period of six months from deposit date. If the customer's ADB during the six-month period is lower than P600,000, HSBC will automatically debit the Customer's account with the cost of the Reward.



7. The reward excludes SIM card and pre-paid or post-paid line.



8. The reward cannot be converted to cash and may not be returned to HSBC in exchange for other items or services.



9. This promotion can be availed jointly with any ongoing HSBC promotions. HSBC employees are not eligible to join.



10. In the event of a dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final with the DTI's approval.



11. Redemption of the reward may extend up to 90 days from the end of the promo duration.
