Don't know your phonebanking PIN? Follow these simple instructions to get your initial Phone Banking PIN:
Step 1: Press 1 (HSBC) or 2 (HSBC Savings Bank)
Step 2: Press 1 (Bank) or Press 2 (Cards)
Step 3: Input Phonebanking Number, or Account Number, or Credit Card Number
Step 4: Press #
Step 5: Press 2
Step 6: Request PIN from Customer Service Associate
