Drive by any HSBC or HSBC Savings Bank branch or any BancNet terminal and experience hassle-free bills payment via ATM. This service is open to all ATM and Debit Card holders, no pre-enrollment required. View complete list of merchants.

Is there a fee for ATM Bills Payment?

No. This service is free of charge at any HSBC, HSBC Savings or BancNet-member Bank ATM.

When will my account be debited? When will the payment be posted to the merchant account?

Your account will be debited immediately (real-time). Merchant will receive the payment and credit your merchant account the next day. Payments made past 6:00 PM will be posted to merchant account two (2) days from transaction date.

Can I use the full balance of my account to pay for bills?

No. To protect you from any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, we have imposed a daily transaction limit for bills payment:

What is the difference between the ATM Bills Payment options: 'Pay pre-enrolled bill' and 'Key-in merchant account number'?

Pre-enrolled bills are bills which are currently enrolled in deposit accounts of HSBC Internet Banking Bills Payment clients. The 'Key-in merchant account number' option is available to non-HSBC Internet Banking clients who would like to pay their bills via ATM.

If I pay using my foreign currency account, what is the conversion rate?

Payments involving foreign exchange will be processed through the prevailing conversion rate of the bank.

How does it Work?

Step 1: Go to any BancNet-affiliated ATM. View list of BancNet-member banks.

Step 2: Insert ATM or Debit Card.

Step 3: Input PIN, then choose Pay Bills.



Step 4: To pay for bills that are not yet pre-enrolled in Internet Banking, choose Key-in merchant account number.



Step 5: Select the category of the merchant you wish to pay for.



Step 6: Enter your reference number with the selected merchant.



Step 7: Select the account type that you would like to use for the payment.



Step 8: Input the amount you wish to pay for.



Step 9: Confirm the details of your transaction.
