3. Visit a Switch or iStore branch near you and use your vouchers to avail of the bundle offers for Apple products

Mechanics
1. HSBC's "Online Acquisition Promo" promotion (the "Promo") shall run from June 1 to July 31, 2012 (the "Promo Period"). The Redemption Period is from June 1 to September 30, 2012.
2. The Promo is open to select Primary HSBC Credit Cardholders of HSBC Classic, Gold, Red, Platinum, Advance or Premier credit card (the "Cardholders") who receive the Bundle voucher through welcome pack letter. Cardholders with HSBC cards that were cancelled or closed within the past 6 months are not eligible for the Promo. All credit card applications shall be subject to HSBC's final credit review and approval and HSBC's Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
3. Under the Promo, Cardholders will be entitled to the following bundle offers indicated on this Claim voucher (the "Bundle") from Switch or iStore, provided the Cardholder charge the purchase to their newly issued and activated HSBC credit card on installment (either 12 or 24 months) under the HSBC's 0% Installment Plan ("HIP"):

4. Cardholders will receive (5) five Claim Vouchers pertaining to each Bundle together with their newly issued HSBC credit card. A Claim Voucher can only be used once to purchase the corresponding Bundle.
5. The Cardholder may purchase the Featured Bundle at any branch designated by Switch and iStore as a pick-up center listed on the Claim Voucher by fulfilling the following requirements ("Redemption via Pick-up"):
   
   
   • Purchase a Featured Bundle using the newly issued and activated HSBC credit card under 0% HIP for 12 or 24 months installment.
   • Surrender the Claim Voucher to an authorized representative of Switch or iStore;
   • Name on the card and last 4 digits of the card number should match name and 4 digits of the card number on the Claim Voucher).
   
   
6. Only the Cardholder is authorized to avail of the Bundle. No authorized representative will be allowed to redeem the Item/s.
7. Cardholders may not upgrade/downgrade the items on the Claim Voucher. The Claim Voucher is only good for the featured item indicated on the voucher. Cardholders should charge the whole amount for the purchase of the Featured Bundle using the newly approved credit card.
8. The Claim Voucher cannot be converted to cash, or for items other than those identified under the Promo.
9. HSBC shall not replace any misplaced, lost or stolen Claim Vouchers.
10. All Items shall be covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty. The warranty shall be valid from date of purchase of Item.
11. Defective units should be directly reported by the Cardholder to the designated branches of Switch or iStore. Any costs related to the reporting of defective units, upon validation such as but not limited to communication expenses and sending of the Item via courier, will be borne by Switch or iStore through HSBC.
12. HSBC's Installment Plan (HIP) Terms and Conditions apply to the extent not inconsistent with the Promo conditions herewith.
13. Cardholders must maintain their HSBC credit card in good standing throughout the installment period. If, at any time during the installment period, a Cardholder's HSBC credit card is cancelled either by the Cardholder or by HSBC, or if the Cardholder is delinquent in the payment of any amount due on said credit card, the entire outstanding balance, whether billed or unbilled, on the installment shall become immediately due and demandable.
14. The value of the Featured Bundle purchased on 0% installment will form part of the total outstanding balance due on Cardholder's account statement.
15. In case of pre-termination of the installment purchase (i.e., the Cardholder pays in full the outstanding balance before the end of the chosen repayment period), HSBC reserves the right to charge to the Cardholder's account Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) as a processing fee for the pre-termination of the installment transaction.
16. All matters and disputes relating to this Promo shall be subject to the final decision of HSBC and its partner merchants with the approval of DTI.
17. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and is valid only if monthly bills are paid in full.
