Registration Procedure

What you need to enroll

Once you have an account with HSBC Philippines or HSBC Savings Bank, signing up for Internet Banking is fast and simple.

1) If you are signing up using your deposit account, you will need your ATM or Debit Card number and your Personal          Identification Number or PIN. You also have the option to use your Phone Banking number.
    2) If you are signing up using your credit card, you will need your credit card number and your Cash Advance PIN.

If you do not have or do not recall your PIN, you may seek assistance from our customer service representatives through our hotlines.

Procedure

  1. Click on REGISTER
  2. Select the ACCOUNT that you would like to access. You have the option of using your deposit account, credit card or phone banking number. For those who selected their deposit account number, key in the issue number found on the face of your ATM or Debit Card.
  3. Input the corresponding PIN, then click on CONTINUE to proceed to the next step.
  4. Nominate your USERNAME. Your username is composed of at least 5 alphanumeric characters. This will serve as your permanent access ID to HSBC Internet Banking.
  5. After nominating your username, it’s time to set your PASSWORDS.
  6. Select the SECURITY QUESTIONS and to provide their corresponding answers. These security questions will be prompted when you request for reset of your password.
  7. Read the HSBC Internet Banking Terms and Conditions. Click the checkboxes to signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions, also of your subscription to e-Statements.
  8. The system will display all accounts that are linked to your record. Select the accounts that you would like HSBC Internet Banking to display.
  9. You may also update your e-mail address and express your willingness to receive updates about HSBC offers and promotions via e-mail.
  10. The registration process is completed. You will now be able to access your selected accounts through HSBC Internet Banking.
