How to Apply
Complete our online application form. Once you have submitted your application form, Chartis Insurance Philippines, Inc. will bill your HSBC credit card account within 3 days. Upon successful billing, Chartis Insurance Philippines, Inc. will send your policy document in 3-5 days (MM) and 7-10 days (provincial and CAMANAVA).
Your coverage commences two hours before your scheduled departure time provided premium was successfully billed in your account.
