The HSBC’s 3x Rewards Points Promo at Abenson (the “Promo”) is from July 4, 2008 to December 31, 2008.

The Promo is open to all holders in good standing of HSBC Visa & MasterCard Classic and Gold, RED MasterCard and Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic and Gold credit cards (the “Cardholders”).

Cardholders will earn the following Bonus Points/Miles for a minimum single-receipt transaction of Php15,000, installment or straight, charged to their HSBC credit cards at any Abenson branch:

Additional Bonus Points earned for installment transactions will be posted only once and will be based on the Total Installment Amount and not on the monthly installment amounts that are posted to the credit card during the Promo Period.

Only primary cardholders will receive Triple Bonus Points/Miles under the Promo. Transactions made by their supplementary cardholders will be consolidated with their transactions in computing the total number of Bonus Points/Miles to be credited.

The additional Bonus Points/Miles earned under this Promo will be credited to the Cardholder’s credit card account commencing February 1, 2009, provided the account is in good standing; if it is not the Bonus Points/Miles are deemed forfeited. The Bonus Points credited will be reflected in the succeeding month’s credit card billing statement.

During the Promo Period, Cardholders who participate in HSBC’s Double Your Rewards Program will concurrently earn points under the Double Your Rewards Program and under this Promo. The computation of points earned from the two programs shall be as follows:

The additional Bonus Points earned under the Double Your Rewards Program will be credited to the Cardholder’s credit card account beginning October 01, 2008; while the additional Bonus Points earned under this Promo will be credited to the Cardholder’s credit card account in accordance with item #5, above.

Cardholders are subject to the Terms and Conditions for HSBC Credit Card Products, and the respective terms and conditions for HSBC’s Installment Plan, HSBC’s Rewards Program, HSBC’s Double Your Rewards Program, the Mabuhay Miles Visa Mileage Rewards Program and the Mabuhay Miles Frequent Flyer Program.
