| How can I qualify for the Rebate + Rewards? |
Simply use any valid HSBC credit card (HSBC Classic Visa/MasterCard, HSBC Gold Visa/MasterCard, HSBC Premier MasterCard, RED MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold) to pay for purchases made at credit-card accepting Caltex stations, within the Promo period. Purchases made on the HSBC credit card, once successfully posted to your Credit Card account, automatically qualify for the 3% Rebate plus your HSBC credit card's standard rewards benefits. |

| Are the Rebates limited to fuel purchases at Caltex? |
No, you enjoy 3% off on fuel purchases
and non-fuel purchases such as lubricants, food and drinks
at StarMart and other services for as long as they are paid
using your HSBC credit card. |

| How do I enjoy the 3% Rebate? |
The 3% Rebate shall be posted and reflected on the HSBC primary credit cardholder's Statement of Account as a credit on the following month's statement cycle following the transaction date. The 3% Rebate shall be indicated in the transaction details portion of the statement as ‘Your Caltex 3% Rebate’.div> |

| How will the 3% Rebate be computed? |
The 3% Rebate shall be computed based
on the full invoice amount of the purchase transaction as
posted on the HSBC primary credit cardholder's account.
For example: |

If you purchase a full tank of gas
worth plus other goods amounting to Php1,950 at a participating
Caltex station using any HSBC credit card, you will earn:
Php1,950 x 3% Rebate = Php58.50 worth of rebate.

| How many Rewards/Bonus Points do I earn when I use
my HSBC credit card at Caltex? |
| The standard Bonus Points scheme shall apply for each HSBC
credit card type: |

| When is the effectivity date of rebate cap? |
| Rebate capping on all purchases up to maximum of Php10,000 per transaction on all participating stations (including StarMart Purchases) will start April 1, 2007. |

| Will purchases made before April 1, 2007 but are reflected on the HSBC primary credit cardholder’s April Statement of Account subject to rebate cap? |
| No, only purchases up to maximum of Php10,000 made on April 1, 2007 and onwards are subject to rebate cap. |
