Promo Mechanics/General Terms and Conditions:

1. HSBC’s Free Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob promotion (the “Promo”) shall run from February 01, 2008 to May 31, 2008 (the “Promo Period”). Applicants must apply on or before May 31, 2008 and must be approved and accumulate the required spend amount on or before July 31, 2008.
2. The Promo allows Promo Cardholders to avail of one(1) Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob set for men or women as welcome gift for their approved card. All credit card applications shall be subject to HSBC’s final credit card approval and credit card terms and conditions.
3. The Promo is open to individual new-to-bank and 2nd card primary credit card applicants who apply for and are granted an HSBC Visa/MasterCard Classic/Gold, Red MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold credit card using the special Promo application form within the Promo Period (the “Promo Cardholders”), subject to the restrictions below.
   The following are not qualified for the Promo:
1. Those who have previously cancelled any HSBC credit card from June 01, 2007 onwards;
2. Those who have replaced, converted or downgraded or upgraded their HSBC credit card within the promo Period;
3. Those who are applying for their 3rd HSBC credit card and up will not be entitled to a Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob set;
4. 2nd card applications and up of employees of HSBC, HSBC Savings Bank (Philippines) Inc, HSBC Insurance Brokers (Philippines) Inc, and HDPP Employees;
5. Applicants who got approved for a Student MasterCard, Salary Plus Card or Corporate Card;
6. Those who are applying for their 2nd HSBC credit card and up via HSBC’s online channel.
4. To avail of the Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob Premium for Men/Women, the Promo Cardholder should accumulate at least P3,000 spend on his/her new HSBC Visa/MasterCard Classic/Gold, Red MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold on or before July 31, 2008. Valid spend will include all posted retail purchases with physical sales or charge slips only. Transactions without sales slips, balance transfers, cash advances, finance charges, annual fees and other fees and charges will NOT be considered as valid spend. The new HSBC Visa/MasterCard Classic/Gold, Red MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold must be active and unblocked in order to entitle the Promo Cardholder to the Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob Premium for Men/Women.
5. Each Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob Premium Voucher shall entitle the Promo Cardholder to redeem one(1) Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob set for Men or Women (the “Premium item”) at any participating Kenneth Cole or Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI) outlets which can be found on the voucher. 
6. Kenneth Cole Reaction Premium Voucher will be sent together with the Promo Cardholder’s new HSBC Visa/MasterCard Classic/Gold, Red MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold at his/her preferred billing address.
7. To redeem the Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob Premium, the Promo Cardholder must present and surrender the following at participating Kenneth Cole Reaction or SSI outlets:
• Kenneth Cole Reaction Premium Claim Voucher
• Valid sales slips or charge slips worth Php3,000 charged to his/her new HSBC Visa/MasterCard Classic/Gold, Red MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold (cardholder’s name and credit card number appearing on the charge slip must be the same as that indicated on the HSBC Kenneth Cole Reaction Premium Voucher)
• New HSBC credit card under the Promo Cardholder’s name (photocopy of front portion to be surrendered)
• A valid ID with photo and signature of the Promo Cardholder (original and photocopy of front and back). Photocopy to be surrendered.
• If claimed by an authorized representative, the representative’s signature must be affixed on the Claim Voucher and a photocopy of the representative’s ID must be submitted in addition to the requirements aforementioned.

The Kenneth Cole Reaction Wallet and Key Fob Premium Voucher must be presented on or before July 31, 2008. Vouchers that have not been redeemed by July 31, 2008 will be forfeited in favor of HSBC with prior approval from DTI.

8. Premium Vouchers cannot be changed or exchanged for cash. Premium items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. HSBC reserves the right to give alternative items in the event the available inventory is exhausted.
9. Redemption period is from March 20,2008 to July 31,2008, in accordance with the following: Premium item for men may be redeemed starting March 20,2008 while Premium item for women may be redeemed starting April 14,2008.
10. In the event that a Promo Cardholder cancels any of his/her HSBC credit cards within 12 months from the commencement of this Promo, HSBC shall charge an administration fee of P500 for each cancelled principal card from the cardholder’s account without need of prior notice.
11. Should Promo Cardholder wish to have the Premium items delivered by HSBC to his billing address. He/She should fill-out the Premium Delivery Voucher (fax advise form) and send the whole page (with Claim Voucher) via fax to (02) 755-5033. Delivery cost of Php150.00 will be charged to your new HSBC credit card. Once the request has been faxed, the Cardholder may no longer opt to redeem the Premium item directly from the Kenneth Cole, Beauty Bar, Bass, and Brandsmart (SSI) outlets. Voucher number will be lodged automatically in the delivery list and delivery cost will be charged to your card.
12. FOR THOSE REQUESTING DELIVERY OF ITEM: Upon delivery, promo cardholder must surrender the Claim Voucher and Delivery Voucher, valid sales slips or charge slips for Php3,000 charged to his/her new HSBC Visa/MasterCard Classic/Gold, Red MasterCard, Mabuhay Miles Visa Classic/Gold (cardholder’s name and credit card number appearing on the charge slip must be the same as that indicated on the HSBC Kenneth Cole Reaction Premium Voucher), photocopy of ID (front and back), and photocopy of front portion of HSBC credit card, to courier upon receipt of delivered Welcome Premium. If the Premium Item shall be released to an authorized representative, the representative’s signature must be affixed on the Delivery Voucher and a photocopy of the representative’s ID must be submitted in addition to the requirements aforementioned. In all cases, the original card and ID should be shown to the courier.
13. In case a Promo Cardholder is found by HSBC to have made an invalid transaction or multiple redemptions, HSBC shall have the right to charge the retail price of the items received under the Promo to the Promo Cardholder’s HSBC credit card.
14. HSBC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of HSBC. All decisions made by HSBC pertaining to the Offer, with prior approval by DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
