1. The Promotion |
| 1.1 |
The Visa International (hereafter referred to as "Visa") Macau Promotion 2008 (hereafter referred to as "Promotion") consists of offers from merchants participating in the Promotion (hereafter referred to as "Merchant Offers") only. |
| 1.2 |
The promotional period of the Promotion is from 1 March to 31 May 2008 (hereafter referred to as "Promotion Period"). |
| 1.3 |
The Promotion is offered to Visa cardholders (hereafter referred to as "Cardholders") who settle their payment transactions with a valid Visa card issued in or outside Macau during the Promotion Period only. |
| 1.4 |
Overseas Visa cardholders of Dual Currency cards issued in the People’s Republic of China must select to use Visa Network in order to be eligible for the Merchant Offers. |

2. Merchant Offers |
| 2.1 |
All Merchant Offers are only valid at the designated branches of the participating merchants. |
| 2.2 |
Cardholders must present a valid Visa card before placing orders and settle payments with the cards in order to enjoy the Merchant Offers. |
| 2.3 |
Visa will not be liable for any loss caused to Cardholders by participating merchants’ failure to provide the Merchant Offers. |
| 2.4 |
Merchant Offers of some specific participating merchants cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or privileges. Please enquire from the participating merchants for details. |
| 2.5 |

3. General |
| 3.1 |
Cardholders may inquire about any detail of the Promotion by sending email to aphkmarketing@visa.com. |
| 3.2 |
Visa's decision over questions and disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion shall be final and binding on the Cardholders. |
| 3.3 |
Visa reserves the right to cancel, revise or suspend the Promotion or the terms and conditions herein at any time with or without notice and without reasons. Visa may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to Cardholders in the manner it deems appropriate in such an event. |
| 3.4 |
All Merchant Offers are subject to actual availability of same. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Visa offers no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Merchant Offers (including, but without limitation, the discounts, privileges, gifts and services provided by all participating merchants or other service providers or in relation to any usage thereof whatsoever); and Visa shall not be liable in any way to any person for any personal injury, death, loss or damages (whether direct, or indirect or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Promotion. |
| 3.5 |
In the event of any discrepancy between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Macau. |
