What are e-statements? |

It is an electronic version of
paper statement. It contains exactly the same information
as the paper statement. Instead of receiving your account
statement via mail, you will receive it through online@hsbc.

How much does it cost to use e-statements? |
| |
E-statements are absolutely free of charge. |
| |

Do I need online banking to view my e-statement? |
| |
Yes, e-statements must be accessed
via online @hsbc only. If
you are not currently an online banking user, you can
sign-up now. |

How do I register to receive e-statements? |
| |
To register simply: |
| |
1. Log on to www.hsbc.com.ph with
your HSBC Credit Card and cash advance PIN and click
on Register. |

2. Choose your HSBC Internet Banking
(IB) Username (6-20 characters) and password (6-8 characters).
Password must be alphanumeric. |

3. Select the accounts you want
to access via Internet Banking and Click Accept. |
| |
4. Confirm the accounts that you
have chosen. |
| |
5. Select e-statement and request
credit card e-statement from the left hand navigation
bar. |
| |
6. Select Electronic statements. |
| |
7. If you want to be notified indicate your email address
on the email address field and click send. |

Do I need any particular
software to view e-statements? |
| |
You need an internet access, a
valid internet account to receive notifications. It
also requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don’t
have it, it is available as a free download. Click here
to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. |

Can I receive paper statement
& e-statement at the same time? |
| |
No, you cannot receive both. You
may only choose either a paper statement or an e-statement. |

Can I cancel my e-statement? |
| |
Yes, you can switch back to paper
version of your statement at anytime. |
