    1. Indicate “Income Update” in the subject line
    2. Include your complete name and the last 4 digits of your HSBC Credit Card number in the email

  1. Scan or take a photo of your income document/s
  2. Go to www.hsbc.com.ph/submitdocs
  3. Click the “Submit documents online” link
  4. Enter the letters and digits shown on the Captcha page and click Validate
  5. Fill out the online form:
    1. Choose “Others” and input “Income Update” in the Identification Documentation Number field
      e.g. 1. Identification Documentation Number [Others] [Income update]
    2. Type in “#” and your HSBC Credit Card number in the Application Reference Number field
      e.g. 2. Application Reference Number [#4619840000188888]
    3. Enter all other required information
  6. Upload your document
  7. Click submit

HSBC’s Cash Back Income Update Wave 2 Promo Terms & Conditions

  1. HSBC’s Cash Back Income Update Promotion (the “Promo”) will run from August 26 to October 31, 2019 (the Promo Period).
  2. The Promo is open to selected Primary HSBC Credit Cardholders (the “Cardholder”) whose cards are issued in the Philippines, are active, in good credit standing and who received an invite to participate in this Promo through email or SMS. In case the Cardholder has more than one HSBC Credit Card (the “Card”), the offer will apply only to the credit card identified in the email or SMS.
  3. Under this Promo, Cardholders who submit a complete and clear copy of their income document/s by email to incomeupdate@hsbc.com.ph and indicates their HSBC Credit Card number in the submission email will be entitled to a PHP300 cash back to their HSBC Credit Card. Acceptable income documents are as follows:
    1. For Employed Cardholders
      1. Latest 1-month payslip within the last 3 months; OR
      2. Screen shot of latest 1-month worth of salary credit/s from internet banking account; OR
      3. Latest ITR with BIR or Bank Stamp; OR
      4. Latest BIR Form 2316 Certificate of Compensation Payment/ Tax Withheld (with employer signature); OR
      5. Certificate of Employment, indicating annual or monthly income, issued in the last 60 days
    2. For Self-employed Cardholders
      1. Latest ITR with BIR or Bank Stamp; AND
      2. Latest audited financial statements with BIR or Bank Stamp
  4. The PHP300 will be credited to the Cardholder’s HSBC Credit Card within 10 banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
  5. The Cardholder may qualify for the Php300 only once within the Promo Period.
  6. The PHP300 credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to or exchanged for cash.
  7. The Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that his/her HSBC Credit Card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated within the Promo Period or before the credit of the PHP300.
  8. Disputes with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc. shall be resolved by HSBC in concurrence with DTI.
  9. Fraud, abuse, breach of HSBC Credit Cards’ or the Promo’s terms and conditions, any unauthorized action relating to the participation in the Promo and the earning of credit may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or the charging of the full cost of the credit to the Cardholder’s account at HSBC’s discretion. This will be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by HSBC.
