HSBC Card Balance Conversion form

Convert recent purchases* on your HSBC Credit Card into 0% installment with HSBC’s 0% Card Balance Conversion Plan.

Important:

  • Cash advances, interest charges, fees, billed and unbilled installment amortisations are not qualified for conversion.
  • Conversion requests must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the transaction was posted on your HSBC credit card.
  • Minimum conversion amount of PHP5,000 for 3 and 6 months.
  • Maximum conversion amount of PHP50,000 for 6 months.
  • Processing fee of PHP500 for 3 months and PHP1,000 for 6 months will be charged for each approved application.
  • You may combine multiple valid transactions in to one application amount.
