Shop at any of the 4 participating malls with your HSBC Debit or Credit Card and submit your qualified spend to claim your raffle entry. Here’s how:
- Access the promo link: hsbc-holidayraffle.giftaway.ph, then enter your User Code and the last 4 digits of your credit or debit card to log in.
- Select the 'Submit an entry' button.
- Enter the details of each qualified transaction1 (the total amount on the receipt, the transaction date and participating mall), then select 'Submit'.
- Check your entry details2 in the 'My raffle entries' section.
This promo runs from December 5, 2022 to February 15, 2023 (both dates inclusive).
The raffle draw will take place on February 20, 2023. One winner will be chosen from each participating mall.
1 Qualified transactions refer to valid transactions for in-store purchases, made by the Primary HSBC Credit Cardholders and their Supplementary Cardholders, or by HSBC Debit Cardholders, with a minimum amount of PHP1,000 in a single receipt within the promo period at any participating mall and posted within the promo period. Each merchant 0% instalment transaction shall be considered as a single transaction amount. 0% instalment transactions that are succeeding monthly amortisations from the same merchant shall not be counted as a separate transaction amount on the cardholder's account. Cash advance transactions, quasi-cash transactions, Cash Instalment Plan, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion and split transactions under the same merchant and transacted on the same day; casino, business-related, cancelled or reversed, and fraudulent transactions as well as purchases or transactions made before the promo date are excluded from the promo.
2 Qualified transactions made by the Debit Cardholder, Primary Credit Cardholder and any Supplementary Cardholders shall be identified and verified through HSBC systems.
