Reminders on your replacement card:

Upon receipt of your replacement card:

  1. Activate your card immediately and destroy your old card.
  2. Call (02)8858-0800 / (02)7976-8080 for Premier and (02)8858-0000 / (02)7976-8000 for non-Premier.
  3. Press * and follow the voice prompt.
  4. Enter the OTP that we'll send to your mobile number to activate your card.

Once you’ve activated your replacement card:

  • You’ll see your replacement card account in your HSBC Online Banking account.
  • Any AutoCharge transaction you have with us will continue to be charged monthly on your replacement card.
  • For recurring bills payment in your account that you’ve enrolled directly through merchants, please re-enroll your replacement card with them to continue your automatic bills payment arrangement. Pending re-enrollment, you may use other payment methods to avoid service disruption/ penalties.
