HSBC Foreign Currency Savings Account

Manage foreign currency with ease in the comfort of your own country/region. Our Foreign Currency Savings Account gives you a debit card and allows you to transact in eleven different world currencies.

 

Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollar, Pound Sterling, Renminbi, Singapore Dollar, Swiss Franc and US Dollar.

 

For flexibility with transactions, a Foreign Currency Savings Account offers guaranteed security for your hard-earned money.

HSBC Foreign Currency Time Deposit Account

Earn interest when you lock up your funds for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months or 1 year. With this type of account, you can enjoy transacting in the following currencies.

 

Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Pound Sterling Renminbi, and US Dollar.

 

Minimum balance requirement applies*.

Eligibility

You qualify for HSBC Premier in the Philippines if you maintain a minimum Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of PHP3,000,000 or its foreign currency equivalent, or a mortgage loan of at least PHP6,000,000. Your TRB would include your deposits and investments.

To become an HSBC Personal Banking customer, you must submit income proof of a monthly gross salary of Php50,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent).

Note: Withdrawal of foreign currency notes over the counter is subject to availability. Customers are advised to order foreign currency cash 3 working days in advance to ensure transactions are completed.
