With our phone banking service, you can access a full range of automated banking services or speak to a member of our team – all on a single number.

What you can do

Through our phone banking service, you can:

  • Check your account balances, payment due dates and reward points
  • Pay your credit card or make other bill payments
  • Move money from one account to another
  • Request duplicate copies of your most recent bank statements
  • Make changes to time deposit accounts
  • Order cheque books or check the status of a cheque or cheque book
  • Activate cards and phone banking services
  • Report lost, stolen or never received chequebook/ATM/debit card/credit card

Want a fast-track to the service you need? See which numbers to press to get you there quickly.

Call 85800 for personal banking customers and 95808 for premier customers. After the welcome message you can press asterisk to report lost, stolen or compromised card or chequebook. You can also key in your 12-digit bank account number or 16-digit credit card number followed by the hash key. Then you will key in your six digit phone banking PIN. For bank account services, press 1. Press 1 again for account balances and recent transactions. Press 2 for transfers and payments. Press 3 for select accounts. Press 4 for time deposits. Press 5 for all other inquiries. Press 0 to speak to customer service for other banking inquiries or press hash key to return to the main menu. For credit card services, press 2. Press 1 again for balance, statement and transactions. Press 2 for transfers and payments. Press 3 select accounts. Press 4 for rewards and benefits. Press 5 for all other inquiries. Press 0 to speak to customer service for other banking inquiries or press the hash key to return to the main menu. For personal loans and other products and services, press 3. Press 1 again for home loan. Press 2 for personal loan. Press 3 for online banking. Press 4 for ATM or express banking inquiries.
