Subscribe to text alerts and we’ll send you a text message if something changes on your account - or doesn't happen when you expect it to.
You choose the alerts you want to receive and the accounts you want to hear about. You can update this at any time in online banking.
What does it cost?
You can start or stop the service at any time. So if you're travelling abroad and don't want to receive alerts, simply unsubscribe from the service and set them up again when you return home. |
What alerts can you set up?
- Deposit/credit alert: this will send a text message when a minimum amount that you set is deposited or credited to your account.
- Withdrawal/debit alert: this will send a text message when a minimum amount that you set is withdrawn or debited from your account.
- Account balance limit alert: this will send you a text message when your account balance is above or below an amount that you set.
How to register
Log on to online banking, select the drop-down next to your name on the top menu bar, and then select 'Notification settings'.
