Terms and Conditions for Mastercard Travel Pass Airport Lounge Access

  1. You must hold a valid HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card issued by HSBC Philippines. No other cards are eligible.
  2. Each Primary or Supplementary HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Cardholder and accompanying guest/s are entitled to access participating Travel Pass Airport Lounges at the current cost of USD32 per person, per visit (or equivalent overseas value).
  3. The cost must be paid using the HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card.
  4. Lounge access for children varies. The Travel Pass customer is advised to check the individual lounge description before travelling.
  5. Use of Travel Pass is not transferrable and Travel Pass customers may only use this while holding a valid HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card unless notified otherwise. The Travel Pass program may not be used by any person other than the eligible Travel Pass customer.
  6. Admittance to a participating lounge is conditional upon presentation of an eligible HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card. Please identify yourself as a Travel Pass customer at the lounge reception, together with a form of personal identification such as a passport or national identity card.
  7. In the event that you cancel your HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card, Travel Pass access will be cancelled from the effective date of that cancellation.
  8. HSBC and Travel Pass will not be liable to you and/or any third party for compensation or damages once you and/or any third party have been admitted to a participating lounge provided by the Travel Pass Airport Lounge Access service.
  9. HSBC and Travel Pass will not be liable to you and/or any third party for compensation or damages of any sort as a result of a termination of the Travel Pass service which occurs as a result of
    • The termination of your HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card agreement; or
    • The termination of the agreement between HSBC and Travel Pass to provide airport lounge access as an HSBC Premier Customer benefit, in accordance with these terms.
  10. For any lost, stolen or damaged HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Cards please call the 24-hour Premier hotline at (02) 8858-0800 from Metro Manila, +1-800-1-888-4722 for calls outside Metro Manila through PLDT landlines, or (02) 7976-8080 or +800-100-85-808 from overseas. Please refer to www.hsbc.com.ph/contactus for international toll-free numbers. HSBC shall not be liable for the inability of a Travel Pass customer to access any Travel Pass lounge during the period that his/her HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card is being replaced.
  11. By participating in the Travel Pass program, the cardholder consents to any personal data being used in accordance with the Travel Pass Privacy Policy available at https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com/privacy-policy
  12. By using Travel Pass, each Cardholder agrees to and accepts the Travel Pass Conditions of Use. The Conditions of Use and additional information can be found online at https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com/terms-and-conditions The Travel Pass Conditions of Use will prevail over any other terms and conditions provided to you in relation to the use of Travel Pass.
  13. Travel Pass reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the Conditions of Use subject to giving you reasonable notice, via HSBC, as appropriate in the circumstances.
  14. In case of dispute related to Cardholder’s eligibly, HSBC’s decision will prevail.
